Alpha Development typically includes: 1. Review of storyboards by development team 2. Creating custom assets (graphics, animations, video, audio files) 3. Creating and applying design, layout, and programming for all screens identified in storyboards 4. Copying instructional content (text and assessment questions) from storyboards into each screen as identified in the storyboards 5. Reviewing and tracking issues and change requests at the following levels:          - Internal technical (functional) testing          - Internal instructional testing          - Client and SME review
